I don’t know what’s more shocking…that American’s use IQ as legally admissable data to measure one’s mental status, or that the American legal system seems to have totally missed the point of being a legal system in the first place. As you wrote in an earlier post JohnB, another case of the prosecution going for the prosecution and not for the moral reason of being a prosecutor.
Atkins had an accomplice…what did the other guy get?
This reports what happend to ‘the other guy’, William Jones. It is interesting to note that part of his plea bargain was to testify against Atkins.
