It drives me up the wall when BBBC comments get off topic like that. Every other post I end up having to comment that the purpose of BBBC is not to decide whther Islam is a religion of peace.

Well, according to that thread, the BBBCers approve of Belmarsh, so he could be a camp commandant there. Perhaps he could put up a nice sign over the gates which would warn sponging asylum seekers that we don’t approve of benefit handouts. "Work Makes You Free" is quite snappy.

But the apparant reason why lots of BBBC commentators support BBBC *is* to impose their own biases on the world – and belief that Islam is a religion of violence is one of those biases.
