You’re right on these – preview and allowing "title" elements in links would both be good things to add. Although (as of 19:37 GMT Sunday) your site is blank with the main pages and all links generating 404 errors, which is arguably worse…
I’ve never seen the point of new windows. I can only read one page at a time. (I have several tabs open; but that’s usually for reference.) If I want to open a page in a new window, it’s easy enough. And if come across a site that forces new windows, I override it, and don’t visit as often as I might.
(and I agree absolutely with Dave on this one. Right-clicking and selecting "open in new window" is among the easier tasks in life).
Um… Dave and I might have argued about this before on LGF Watch, I think. External links shouldn’t be navigating away from the site. If the reader follows links from your link and other links from their links and so on (which is the whole point of the web) it’s much easier to navigate by closing windows than hitting the back button.
We’re changing servers today, that’s why you might be having problems. You’re getting the DNS record for the new place. There’s nothing there yet, our ayahuasca is still doing the import process. But it’ll be good in a few hours. He’s God, you know.
