when all he actually did was to give money to Hamas means that all he actually did was to aid the murderers of American citizens among others as well as to actively support a designated terrorist organization in the United States.

That in itself makes him worthy of jail time. May he rot in peace. Poor man.

As for the title of the post, it is very offensive to the majority of Muslims who oppose terrorism and Al Qaeda.
