Pedant’s note: Tacitus is a straight-up conservative (he is one of the founders of Redstate.org for one thing); there’s nothing really ‘left’ about him.
Fair point. I had him down as a Sullivan/Holsclaw type who was a Republican despite not actually being incredibly right-wing, but having read his Terri Sciavo posts he really is out there…
Yeah, I think he has managed to come across as more ‘moderate’ than he really is, because his writing style is far less overtly insane than, say, the average Freeper.
Decent Left? Surely War Criminal Left would be more accurate.
