I mean sure it’s quite funny (at least Private Eye covers are supposed to be), but Sharon gives the orders nowadays, and he hasn’t done a lot of apologising lately, and he’s got less hair now than in the photo- so I guess just about everything does change.
Do you mean to refer to Sharon in court over corruption charges- have they got that far? Will they?

I think he’s immune from prosecution until his term as PM ends (I’m sure one of my myriad readers with expert knowledge of the Israeli judicial system will be able to confirm or deny this…)
